Ghana — University of Ghana Business School
We are supporting the development of supervisory practice for the AACSB-accredited transnational doctorate, co-designing workshops focused on cross-border supervision, reflective practice, and inclusive research leadership. This pilot project is part of a wider ambition to support doctoral education across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Georgia — East European University (EEU)
TEDS facilitated the launch of a new professional doctorate in education, working closely with institutional leaders to embed good supervisory practice and shape a research culture aligned with international standards. Our contribution was presented at the national higher education policy conference on institutional autonomy and doctoral reform.
Ukraine — UUKI-funded resilience programme
Following the disruption caused by war, we worked with Ukrainian academics to deliver virtual workshops on supervisory continuity, candidate wellbeing, and academic progression in crisis contexts — ensuring doctoral education could remain robust and student-centred.
Pakistan — Gender-inclusive doctoral development
Through co-funded support from the British Council and HEC Pakistan, our team supported female doctoral candidates and supervisors with mentoring strategies and capacity building tools, contributing to SDG goals on gender and equitable access to advanced education.
